1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to the SniperReach website and the purchase or use of SniperReach services. By using the website or entering into a service agreement with SniperReach, you agree to the terms applicable to that service.

2. SniperReach services

SniperReach provides AI-powered lead capture and qualification solutions intended for roofing businesses. The exact features, integrations, configuration and deliverables are determined by the applicable service agreement or order.

AI-generated conversations and outputs are designed to assist a business's lead-handling process. SniperReach does not guarantee that every visitor will become a lead, that every lead will be accurate, or that a particular commercial result will be achieved.

3. Setup and subscription fees

The website currently presents a Base Package with a one-time setup fee of $700 and an ongoing monthly fee of $150, plus optional add-ons. The pricing page displays the currently advertised amounts and selected add-ons. fileciteturn0file2L8-L19

Actual fees, billing dates and service scope may be confirmed in the customer's order or service agreement. Stripe/payment processing is not covered by these website terms at this stage.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate business information, approving conversation flows and ensuring that information supplied to SniperReach for configuration is lawful to use. The customer is also responsible for its own sales follow-up, customer communications and compliance obligations relating to its business.

5. Customer lead data

Where SniperReach processes personal data submitted by a customer's website visitors, the parties should determine their respective roles and responsibilities under applicable data-protection law. Additional data-processing terms may be required depending on the implementation and the data being processed.

The customer must not configure the service to collect sensitive personal information unless that collection is lawful, necessary and appropriately protected.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use SniperReach to conduct unlawful activity, deceive or impersonate people, distribute malicious content, violate third-party rights, or collect personal information in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, SniperReach retains rights in its website, software, templates, systems, branding and underlying technology. The customer retains rights in its own business content and information supplied to SniperReach, subject to the rights necessary to provide the service.

8. Availability and third-party services

SniperReach may depend on hosting providers, AI providers, communication services and other third-party infrastructure. We aim to keep the service available, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, renewal and refund terms for a particular service are governed by the applicable order or service agreement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, setup work that has already been performed may not be refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SniperReach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including loss of anticipated business opportunities or revenue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the website, features and these terms from time to time. Material changes to an existing customer relationship will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and applicable law.

12. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to SniperReach and the customer relationship. The specific governing law and jurisdiction should be confirmed in the final customer service agreement before commercial launch.
